Every group session begins with guided structure— yes, even those first awkward moments while we are waiting for everyone to arrive are covered. Every individual session begins with a conversation with me. My goal is to take the pressure off so you can focus on practicing, learning, and getting more comfortable.
You don't need to know exactly what to say. You don't need to be outgoing. You don't need to be perfect.
You just need to show up.

Practice Lab is a chance to meet new people, try out conversation skills, and build confidence through real interaction in a supportive environment. No pressure, no forced networking, and no expectation that you'll know exactly what to say.

Private Practice offers a comfortable space to learn, practice, and build confidence at your own pace. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming event or simply want talking to people to feel easier, individual sessions provide a supportive place to practice.
